Expertise in the Historic Built Environment
Pelta Heritage helps clients bring forward thoughtful development proposals involving heritage assets, including statutorily listed buildings, conservation areas, non-designated heritage assets, and registered parks and gardens.
We work across the UK, with a particular focus on London, Kent, Surrey and East Sussex.
We guide homeowners, developers and design teams through the planning process where heritage considerations are involved, offering clear, honest and practical advice at every stage. By understanding your brief alongside the significance of the heritage assets affected, we help identify potential impacts, heritage benefits and sensible mitigation early on. This considered approach helps shape proposals that are robust, well justified and better placed to achieve a positive planning outcome.

Hello, I founded Pelta Heritage to provide clear, practical and thoughtful advice for projects that deal with the historic built environment.
I have worked in the UK heritage sector since 2013, advising on a broad range of projects involving listed buildings, conservation areas, registered parks and gardens and non-designated heritage assets. My work focuses on helping clients balance heritage significance with potential impacts for considered proposals that support sensitive change. Prior to becoming a heritage consultant, I worked in Italy for an architectural practice specialising in built heritage.
I have gained extensive experience at two leading heritage practices and am a full member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC).
I look forward to hearing from you!
